01 Consultation & Design

02 Tailored Customization Plan

Based on your requirements, we build a clear production plan covering fabric composition, sizing specs, logo placement, and decoration techniques. For custom T-shirt manufacturing and streetwear production, choosing the right material and process at this stage is critical to ensure consistent quality and scalable bulk production.

03 Sampling Making

We develop a pre-production sample so you can confirm fit, fabric feel, color accuracy, and logo execution before moving into bulk manufacturing. This step reduces production risk and ensures your custom apparel meets expectations in terms of sizing, shrinkage control, and overall garment quality.

04 Bulk Manufacturing

Bulk production starts only after sample approval, using confirmed materials, measurements, and production methods. Our in-house apparel manufacturing system ensures consistency across orders, whether it’s screen printing, DTG, embroidery, or cut-and-sew production for streetwear and private label brands.

05 Quality Check
